We show a min–max range for your job type and postcode ring (Inner Sydney, Middle ring, or Outer suburbs). The tradie confirms the exact price on-site within that range. You see the range before you commit to anything.

Your card details are saved at booking — nothing is charged yet. The tradie arrives, confirms the price within the range you saw, and gets your approval if it needs to go above the max. Once you sign off on the completed job, your card is charged. If something goes wrong, raise a dispute and we'll sort it.

Sign up and complete onboarding. We check your licence with the right authority for your trade (NSW Fair Trading for plumbing/electrical, ARC for AC, NSW Police for locksmith, or none if your trade doesn't require one), plus ABN and public liability insurance. Verification usually takes one business day.

Once verified, you see all pending jobs in your area on your dashboard. Review the job details, accept the ones you want. No bidding, no competing quotes.

Mark the job started, then done. The customer gets notified to sign off. Once they do, 85% of the job price transfers straight to your Stripe account. We keep 15% as our fee.
Your card is saved at booking but nothing is charged. The tradie only gets paid when you sign off on the completed job. If there's a dispute, we hold the payment and review.
